Summary: The good - unique and quality room fit-outs, tranquil views from room, lovely surrounds, good quality breakfast and the swimming Pool itself was great. Being a fairly expensive resort option - the place could improve on - more chairs around the swimming pool (there were 10 chairs all up, and there were always guests unable to find anywhere to put their towels/belongings by the pool (lockers were available for valuables in the change rooms, which I think was the resort’s compromise). Customer Service was a bit lacklustre/unfriendly; and room service was slow - we had to wait 80 minutes for chips and had to follow up 3 times. Then just partially cancelled the order.
