Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Had a better room than last time. The mattress was more comfortable and it was quieter. The aircon and WiFi both work okay. The showers are perfect! The location is perfect too. Close to good food at Chinatown hawkers. Close to MRT.

Negative: The self check-in machine did not work and I was forced to sleep the first night on the concrete outside 😡 not impressed. For anyone wanting to arrive outside the manned office check in hours DON'T STAY HERE! If the computer doesn't recognise you there is no place to sleep until the office staff arrive at 0900 the next morning. The main lights in the rooms are very badly placed.

Summary: The new self check in system sometimes does not work!
