Comfortable n scenic furnished 2 bedrooms whole private house for you and family. 100% private apartment next to the East coast Park's Sea and Beach , near Changi International airport and the City ( 25 to 35 minutes away by airport taxi or Grab or Gojek. Pets are also welcome with hot/cold shower bathroom.
The 1st Bedroom has a Queen bed and 1 single bed with ceiling fan, standing fan, chair, n large wardrobe space. There is air con in the rooms and ceiling fans n floor fans.
The 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds n aircon n ceiling fan n standing floor fans
But guests are encouraged to use the ceiling fan and standing fan always so we can keep rentals low and save the planet Mother Earth by being greener with lower carbon emissions as a result of lower electricity usage. Trained pets, up to 2 trained pets are welcome.
100 % privacy as owner n family n other guests and the Hosts do not live here.
You will have access to the well equipped kitchen with microwave oven, kitchen utensils, cutleries, food blender, coffee maker, 2- door refrigerator, washing machine, clothes drying racks, Large scenic balcony, living room with TV, bathroom (hot/cold showers), large floral n green garden and walking trails downstairs (no dogs allowed on the private estate but you can walk the pets to next door east coast park n sea/beach via the underpass All will have access to internet fibre broadband/ wifi. Grocery shop and family restaurant are also downstairs within this private estate and more. No access to Gym, BBQ, Swimming pool, sports, etc for non residents and short term guests. But outside this condo estate there are many sporting, recreational activities, sea, beach and eateries, for everyone to enjoy too. :)
Free day time parking but need to exit and re-enter visitor car park every 5 to 7 hours. If overnight parking (24 hours parking ) is required then its $30 per night and you need to inform the host 3 days in advance as host need to apply for overnight parking and parking duration validity.
Within the condo estate is a large grocery store, family restaurant, large floral n green garden with walking trails, next to sea and beach at East coast park, etc
Trained pets are welcome.
