Important Information:
Guests must be 18 years or older with a valid passport or ID to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a staying adult.
All staying guests must provide a valid physical passport or ID upon check in.
We welcome children 12 years old and up; they must reserve a separate bed and will be treated as one pax.
Rates quoted are based on your period of stay and subject to change when arrival and/or departure dates are amended.
Reservations are non-transferable.
While making reservations, guests are required to provide identification information including, but not limited to, name, address, contact telephone number and email address.
The hotel reserves the right to reject and cancel the reservation if the information provided for the said reservation is incomplete, falsified or deemed to be fraudulent, or if the hotel is unable to charge the credit card required for confirmation.
Guest names for reservations cannot be changed unless special circumstances are deemed acceptable by CUBE Hotel Group in its absolute discretion. The hotel reserves the right to reject check-in if the guest name differs from the name stated on the booking.
By providing credit card details, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge applicable penalties and/or charges in the event of cancellation or ‘no-show’.
Unless otherwise agreed, the charges will solely cover the provision of accommodation at the hotel. Guests may be subject to additional charges, including but not limited to expenses for meals, drinks, room service, etc. These supplementary charges will be clarified and communicated to guests before they are incurred.
