My apartment is very conveniently located near Marsiling MRT / subway / metro station (2 min walk / 1 bus stop - free bus ride with EZ-Link card), Woodlands MRT / subway / metro station (5 min walk / 2 bus stops - just 2 cents with EZ-Link card) and several bus stops with many direct buses to other parts of the island, so that you can get to anywhere in Singapore very easily, including all the places of interest.
You can savour all the world-famous Singapore foods, as well as Halal and vegetarian food, at the 300+ hawker stalls and eateries within 1 to 5 minutes' walk from my apartment. Some are open 24 hours. They are very cheap (much cheaper than the rest of Singapore) and very delicious too!

You will enjoy a good sleep every night. The room is very clean, quiet, peaceful, windy, safe, spacious & cozy with complete privacy. There are no pets, crying babies, screaming kids, loud roommates or noisy road traffic.
You will not have to put up with any cigarette smoke or cigarette smoke smell inside the room because smoking is strictly not allowed inside and outside my apartment. The room has no cigarette smoke smell and we want to keep it that way. If you are a smoker, please smoke downstairs on the ground floor.
You will be provided with the single beds that you see in my listing's photos. Each has a comfortable 6-inch spring mattress, topped with a clean and comfortable mattress protector, bed sheet, blanket and pillow. You and your travelling companion will each be provided with a tall powerful standing fan, a clothes rack, a desk, a chair and a full-length mirror.

You will feel very safe because my family and I also stay inside my apartment and it is in a very safe neighbourhood.
You will enjoy freedom of movement at my apartment because there is no curfew. You can go out and come back any time you like so long as you do not make any noise or disturb anyone inside my apartment.
You will be provided with fresh drinking water (unlimited / free flow / all-you-can-drink), shower gel, hair shampoo, a towel and toilet rolls.
I will be ready to assist you any time during waking hours and just a door knock away when I'm at home. You can also message or call me any time during waking hours if I'm out of the house.

Checkout is strictly before 12 noon.
I will personally greet you, help you check in, show you your room and around my apartment, hand you the keys to your room and my apartment, and answer any questions that you may have. I will also personally help you check out and collect the keys back from you.
Please note that this is a homestay with no self check-in and no self checkout, unlike a hotel, so I need to pass you the keys when you check in and take back the keys from you when you check out. I need enough sleep at night to work in the day, so I have to impose the extra charges below for guests who want to check in at odd hours:
Extra charges:
1. $20 if you check in between 10 pm and 12 midnight
2. $50 if you check in past 12 midnight

Early check-in is subject to room availability and an extra charge of $10 per guest in cash. The earliest possible check-in time is 8 am. Please let me know if you want this option and I will confirm with you if it is possible before 8 am on your check-in date. If I have a guest who is checking out at 12 pm on your check-in date, then the earliest that you can check in is 2 pm as we will need time to clean up the room, change the linens etc.
Late checkout is subject to room availability and an extra charge of $10 per guest in cash. The latest possible checkout time is 8 pm. Please let me know if you want this option and I will confirm with you if it is possible on your checkout date. If I have a guest who is checking in at 2 pm on your checkout date, then the latest that you can check out is 12 noon as we will need time to clean up the room, change the linens etc.

Please do not book this listing / room as I will not able to accept your reservation request if:
- You have COVID-19 or any of its symptoms (e.g. runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, breathing difficulties) in the last 30 days,

- You intend to serve any quarantine or isolation orders, including Stay Home Notice (SHN) and Leave of Absence (LOA), at my apartment,
- You are not vaccinated against COVID-19,
- You had been to a country with a high COVID-19 infection rate or a low vaccination rate in the last 30 days before checking into my apartment,
- You are working in an industry that has a high COVID-19 risk or infection rate, e.g. aviation (including airlines and airports), construction, delivery (including food and parcels), healthcare (including clinics, hospices, hospitals, quarantine facilities etc.), marine shipyard, transportation (including buses, lorries, taxis etc.) etc.,
- Your profile photo is not an accurate depiction of how you look like now (I need to be able to identify you when you check in),
- You cannot read, write and speak English or Chinese (I cannot communicate in any other languages),
- Any of the guests is a child under 16 (including infants), elderly or disabled (my apartment does not have child-friendly, elderly-friendly or disabled-friendly features),
- You will be bringing along an assistance animal (a Service Animal, an Emotional Support Animal or any other animals), a pet, a Power Assisted Bicycle (PAB) / Personal Mobility Device (PMD) or furniture,
- You will not have mobile data beyond Changi Airport and you do not want to get a SIM card / prepaid mobile data plan for real-time communication upon arrival in Singapore (I had too many unpleasant check-in issues with such guests), or
- You intend to use my address or personal particulars in your visa application (sorry but I will not grant you permission to do so for security reasons).
